EASY CHICKEN & RICE 
2 c. chicken
1 c. rice
1 tbsp. garlic, mashed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. vinegar
1 can beer
1 can water
1 can tomato sauce
1/3 c. olive oil
1 can peas

Boil chicken. Remove bone from chicken. Cut or dice or strip chicken in large pieces. Set aside. Saute chicken in olive oil, garlic, oregano, tomato sauce and vinegar. Half beer, half water when it starts boiling add rice, peas. Stir and put on low flame. When rice is done and flaky it is ready to eat.
