1 1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh or frozen chives 1 tsp. dried whole tarragon 1/4 tsp. dried dillweed Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; blend on low speed 1 minute or until smooth. Chill thoroughly. Serve with raw vegetables or on beef, poultry or ham sandwiches. Yield: about 1 1/3 cups. |
