BROWN BAG APPLE PIE 
Filling:

7 c. sliced apples
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine ingredients and place in an unbaked 9 inch pie shell.

Topping:

1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 c. butter

Mix all topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Place pie in large paper bag, Close bag with clothespin, and put on cookie sheet in the lowest shelf of oven.

Bake at 425°F for 1 hour.

Split bag and remove carefully to serve.
