PANCAKES 
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. sweet milk
6 eggs
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

It is important not to add or take away anything from the recipe. It makes a thick rich batter and spreads out quite easily. Dissolve yeast in warm buttermilk first. Then, mix all other ingredients in bowl.
