Link sausage
Chopped jalapenos
Cut-up Cheddar cheese

Cut 1 link of any sausage down the center. Stuff with jalapeno slices and grated Cheddar cheese. Bake or grill until sausage is cooked and cheese is melted, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Slice in small pieces and serve with toothpicks.
