CHICKEN AND STUFFING CASSEROLE 
2 chickens
4 tbsp. butter
2 c. broth
6 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. milk
8 oz. bag seasoned stuffing mix
1 stick melted butter

Boil chickens and take meat off bones. Mix butter, broth, and flour; bring to a boil; boil 2 minutes stirring. Add milk. Mix stuffing mix with butter.

Layer in a casserole: chicken - sauce - stuffing. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
