SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, crushed
4 strips bacon (fried crisp & crumbled)
4-5 tbsp. bacon grease
1/2 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
