1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, juice included
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter or oil

Combine all ingredients.

Bake in three 9 inch pans at 325°F for 25 minutes.

Filling:

1 large carton Cool Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 box instant vanilla pudding

Mix all ingredients together and spread on cool cake layers. Put in refrigerator overnight for better flavor.
