HAPPY HOUR SPECIAL 
1 (8 oz.) can salmon (smoked is especially good)
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (sm.) pkg. cream cheese
1 dash liquid smoke (optional)

Variety, try a little dill or chopped onions. Mix together; shape into ball or pack in small container. Roll or sprinkle with crushed peanuts or wheat germ. Chill for 12 hours. Serve with crackers. Make several, they freeze real well when covered with foil.
