2 lbs. ground beef
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 onion slices, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Burgundy wine
Seasoning salt
Salt and pepper, to taste

Brown ground beef, drain. Combine all ingredients - except mashed potatoes and butter - in baking dish. Cover with a layer of mashed potatoes, dotted liberally with butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 35 minutes.
