1 box yellow cake mix
2 reg. pkgs. butterscotch pudding
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in mayonnaise; blend until mixed. Add chips and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.

Important: Leave on cookie sheet 3 minutes before removing.
