1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 (1 lb.) carton cottage cheese
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in its own juice)

Mix all of the above ingredients together and serve. If you want a green color, add a few drops of green food coloring.
