TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 pkg. Kraft caramels
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
1 pkg. chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Divide batter in half. Into first half add 1 stick melted butter and 1/2 cup Eagle Brand milk. Pour into greased 9"x13" pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Melt caramels with 1 stick butter and rest of Eagle Brand milk in double boiler.

When cake is done, pour caramel mixture on top. Sprinkle with pecans and then pour in rest of batter. Bake for another 30 minutes or until done.
