CROCKPOT STUFFING | |
2 c. chopped onion 2 c. chopped celery 1/4 c. dried parsley 1 c. butter 1 (14 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 beaten eggs 3-3 1/2 c. chicken broth Saute onion, celery, parsley and butter. In a large bowl put stuffing, mushrooms and sauteed onion, celery and parsley. Combine mushroom and celery soups, eggs and chicken broth. Mix everything together. Put in a 3 1/2 quart crock pot. Cook on high for 45 minutes. Then on low for 4-8 hours. Serves 10-12. |
