SWEET AND SOUR PORK 
Pork (or shrimp)
1 bottle Generic Jewel BBQ sauce
1 lg. can chunk pineapple
1 lg. can mixed fruit
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
1 medium onion
1 lg. green pepper
Maple syrup
1 box rice

Take pork (or shrimp) and cook. (Amount depends on how much is desired) In large skillet heat BBQ sauce. Drain mixed fruit and chunk pineapple. Add to BBQ sauce. Add maraschino cherries, with juice to BBQ sauce. Chop into chunks the green pepper and onion. Add to sauce. Simmer to blend flavors. Add maple syrup to desired sweetness. Add pork or shrimp. Cook to flavor meat or shrimp.

Cook rice. Serve over rice.
