GIN'S BUENOS NOCHES DIP 
1 can bean dip
1 container bacon & horseradish dip (Breakstone has a good one)
Shredded lettuce
Shredded carrots
2 tomatoes, seeded & chopped
Ripe olives
1/2 green pepper, diced
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar

Use at least a 10 inch plate. Spread bean dip over surface to within 1 inch of edge. Then spread B&H dip over bean dip. Spread a good quantity of shredded and chopped lettuce over B&H dip. Next sprinkle shredded and chopped carrots over entire surface. Follow with tomatoes, ripe olives and green pepper, making an attractive design. Do same with shredded cheese. Serve with Nacho or Tortilla chips.
