SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, undrained
1 c. diced celery
1 c. diced bell pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and chopped

Heat sugar and vinegar together; then cool. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
