SHRIMP STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 lb. cooked and cleaned shrimp
2/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. catsup

Melt butter in skillet; stir in flour. Add shrimp, mushrooms, onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer about 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and catsup. Heat thoroughly. Serve over rice.
