MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
3-4 slices white bread (wet under running water & lightly squeeze out excess, not dry)
1 egg
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, chopped

Mix and shape into loaf (not tightly). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. For last 10 minutes of baking, pour: 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together and pour over meat loaf.
