CHICKEN SOUP WITH RICE 
3 lg. cans chicken broth or 10 c. water with 6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (12 oz.) can chicken, chopped
3/4 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped carrot
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients except rice. Boil for 10 minutes, add rice and boil for 5 minutes more. Salt and pepper to taste.
