CHICKEN POT PIE | |
1 fryer or 4 breast pieces 1 can cream of celery soup 2 boiled eggs 1 stick melted butter 1 c. self-rising flour 1 c. milk Boil fryer in salted water for 30 minutes or until tender. Debone; mix together deboned chicken, 2 cups chicken broth and 1 can cream of celery soup and 2 boiled eggs. Put this in casserole dish with melted butter, 1 cup self-rising flour and 1 cup milk. Pour chicken mixture over flour, milk and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. |
