BREAKFAST PUFF 
8 slices fried bacon
12 slices bread
8 eggs
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 onions, chopped
1 lb. shredded cheese; (combinations like Swiss & Cheddar are good)

Place 6 slices bread in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish; layer with 1/2 bacon, onion and cheese. Repeat. Mix together egg, milk and salt. Pour over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Good to make the night before and heat when you're ready to eat.
