POPCORN CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. M & M candy
1 (12 oz.) jar cocktail peanuts
1 (16 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
2 qts. popped corn
1/2 c. corn oil
1/2 c. butter

Melt butter and butter together and add marshmallows. Cook over low heat. Add M & M's and peanuts. Mix well, then pour over popcorn in a large bowl; mix together. Pack mixture into a well buttered bundt pan and let cool. Best if it sets overnight.
