MINTED PINEAPPLE SORBET 
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dried mint
1 whole ripe pineapple, 2 1/2 lbs. peeled, cored, cut into 1" chunks
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

In a blender or processor, combine all ingredients. Follow directions for your ice cream maker to continue.
