BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head broccoli, cut into flowerettes
1 red onion, minced
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar

VARIATIONS:

May add 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese or omit raisins and add 1/2 to 1 pound sliced mushrooms with 8 ounces shredded Mozzarella cheese.

Mix salad ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over salad.
