CHEATER'S STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef, brown & drain
1 (29 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 packets Lipton onion or beefy onion soup mix
16 oz. sour cream

To browned beef add tomato sauces and soup mix. Simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve over medium egg noodles or spaghetti, cooked and drained. Stroganoff tastes better if made 1 or 2 days before and refrigerated. Freezes well for 3 to 4 weeks. Cool mixture before freezing.
