ITALIAN ROAST BEEF 
1 lb. roast (lean)
1 (16 oz.) beef broth
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 tsp. season salt
1 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 tsp. onion salt or powder
French buns or rolls

Place roast in crock pot. Combine all ingredients. Cook on high for 8 hours. Then on low for 2-4 hours or until meat is tender and shredded.
