BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
3 c. broccoli
1/3 c. onion
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. milk
10 3/4 oz. chicken broth
4 oz. American cheese (1 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. mustard

Steam onion and broccoli until done. In soup pan, melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk gradually; cook until thick (stir). Add broccoli and remaining ingredients. Simmer 20-25 minutes.
