CHICKEN AND SPAGHETTI 
2 boxes spaghetti (7 oz. each)
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. bell peppers
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans tomato paste
2 buttons of garlic
1 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 cooked hen, boned
Salt and pepper, to taste

Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and drain. (Save broth.)

Brown onion, pepper, celery and garlic in 1 stick of butter. Add soup, tomato paste, chicken and seasoning. Add broth (2 quarts) spaghetti. Cook very slow, 1 hour.
