BANANA SPLIT | |
1 lg. can fruit cocktail or crushed pineapple Graham crackers 6 tbsp. melted butter 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1 stick butter 3 to 5 bananas 1 lg. tub Cool Whip Walnuts, almonds, or graham cracker crumbs for garnish Drain the fruit. Mix and press into a 13 x 9 inch pan, 2 cups of graham crackers and 6 tablespoons melted butter. Blend sugar, vanilla, eggs, and 1 stick of butter until fluffy. Pour over graham crackers. Spread on 3 to 5 bananas, sliced lengthwise, then put fruit on top of bananas. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with garnish. Chill for 6 hours. |
