AUNT ELAINE'S CHICKEN STRIPS 
2 lb. chicken strips
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. sherry
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix butter, mustard, sherry and garlic and basil. Pour over chicken strips and marinade for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese, sprinkle on top and bake for 1/2 hour.
