3 tbsp. butter
25 lg. marshmallows or 3 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
5 c. Lucky Charms cereal

Grease square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 or 9 x 9 x 2 inches. Place butter and marshmallows in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave uncovered on high 1 minute and 30 seconds to 3 minutes, stirring after each minute, until melted and smooth when stirred. Stir in cereal until well coated. Turn mixture into pan. Press with buttered back of spoon. Cool and cut into 2 x 2 inch bars. Yields 16.

Range Top Directions:

Heat butter and marshmallows in 3 quart saucepan over low heat until melted, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in cereal until well coated. Continue as directed.

High Altitude Directions:

Microwave butter in microwaveable bowl until melted; stir in marshmallows. Microwave on medium 2 minutes; stir until mixture is blended and smooth. Continue as directed. For range-top, no adjustments are necessary.
