CROCK POT SOUP | |
4 c. water 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 stalk celery, chopped 5-6 carrots, sliced 1 can tomatoes 1 tsp. pepper 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables 1 lb. browned meat 2-4 tbsp. beef base, granules or paste 1/2 c. butter, melted 1/2 c. flour Combine all but flour and butter in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. One hour before serving, turn to high. Mix flour and butter; stir until smooth and add to crock pot and stir. Cook on high until thickened. |
