BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
3/4 c. water
6 tbsp. butter
2/3 of bag of stuffing
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
4 chicken bouillon cubes

Place partially frozen broccoli in a flat casserole. No need to preheat the broccoli. Make a white sauce of 1/2 cup butter, milk, flour, bouillon cubes. Pour over frozen broccoli. Heat water and 6 tablespoons butter to boiling. Pour over stuffing. Add nuts and toss well. Spoon over broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
