CHUCKWAGON ROUND-UP 
3/4 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chili powder
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg
1 lb. hot dogs
2 c. barbecued beans (1 lb. can)
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. leaf oregano

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie pan.

In mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Combine milk, oil and egg; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until well mixed. Spread on bottom and sides of pie pan.

Reserve 2 hot dogs; cut remaining into 1/2 inch slices. Combine with remaining ingredients. Spoon into center of dough in pie pan. Cut reserved hot dogs lengthwise then crosswise; arrange "spoke" fashion, skin side up on bean mixture. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is cooked. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into wedges and serving. 5 to 6 servings.
