OLD FASHION POUND CAKE | |
4 c. (1 lb.) confectioners sugar 2 c. butter 2 tsp. orange rind, grated 6 eggs 3 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt Sift sugar, cream butter, at medium speed, using electric mixer 3 minutes or until light and fluffy. Gradually add flour and salt, mix well. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool before serving. |
