PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or peanuts (optional)
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Melt peanut butter chips, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, and 2 tablespoons butter. Stir occasionally; remove from heat. Stir in nuts. Spread mixture in wax-lined 8-inch square pan.

Melt chocolate chips, remaining sweetened condensed milk and remaining butter. Spread chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter mixture. Chill 2 hours. Turn fudge onto cutting board, peel off wax paper and cut into squares.
