LUISA'S MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
1 1/4 tsp. ground coriander
Hot cooked spaghetti

Combine first 9 ingredients; mix well. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls; place meatballs on broiler pan; bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and drain meatballs on paper towel; set aside.

Combine spaghetti sauce and next 6 ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add meatballs, and cook an additional 5 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti.

Serves 8.
