OREO ICE CREAM CAKE | |
28 Oreos, crushed 1/4 c. butter, melted Mix cookies and butter; press into 9 x 13 pan. Cool in freezer. Soften 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream. Spread over Oreos and freeze. In a saucepan mix: 4 tbsp. cocoa 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 c. sugar Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and cool completely. Spread over ice cream and freeze top with Cool Whip (1 large container) and pecans. Keep frozen. |
