BEEF BRISKET 
4 lb. beef brisket (have fat trimmed off)
Meat tenderizer
1 can consomme
1/2 sm. bottle soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
Garlic salt to taste

Marinate brisket and above ingredients overnight. Turn at least once. Cook in marinate covered. Makes a good gravy. Can add carrots and potatoes the last 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 300 degrees; cook 4 pound brisket 4 1/2 hours.
