CHAMORRO SHRIMP PATTIES 
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned, deveined, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (7 oz.) can corn
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 eggs
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with hands or spoon. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Drop from spoon into hot oil. Fry until golden. Drain. Serves 4.
