MUSTARD BEAN PICKLE 
4 qts. yellow beans
3 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. or less mustard
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
3 c. white vinegar

Wash, string and cut beans in 1 inch pieces. Boil until tender in salted water. Drain well.
