CHEESE BREAD BRAIDS 
5 1/2 c. flour
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. salt
1 egg

Cube cheese and measure 1 1/2 cups. Combine flour and yeast. Melt together milk, cheese, sugar, butter and salt stirring constantly. Cool. Add to dry mixture. Add egg and beat at low speed 1/2 minute and then at high for 3 minutes. Add enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on floured surface for 8 minutes. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Punch down.

Divide into 6 balls and roll into long ropes. Braid into 2 loaves. Place on cookie sheet to rise for 40 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
