BATTER BREAD 
1 1/2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
2 pkg. yeast
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. dry milk
1/4 c. melted butter

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Add eggs. Mix dry ingredients together and add rolled oats. Add slowly to sugar mixture. Spread batter in greased pans. Brush with butter. Sprinkle lightly with oats. Let rise in double size. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, or until light brown. Will not be a tall bread. 9 x 13 inch or 2 loaf pans.
