MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8 manicotti, cooked & drained
1 jar (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Brown beef and garlic; drain fat. Mix next 4 ingredients in bowl, stir in beef. Fill each manicotti with 1/4 cheese-meat filling. Place in baking dish; cover with sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil; bake 10 minutes longer. Serves 4.
