ORANGE CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. butter
6 oz. fresh orange juice
3 tbsp. bourbon
Salt and pepper

Debone the chicken breasts and saute in butter. Add the orange juice and simmer 15-20 minutes. Salt and pepper as desired. Take chicken out of pan and keep warm in oven. To remaining orange mixture add the bourbon and simmer until it becomes a thick syrup. Pour over chicken and serve.
