CHOCOLATE COVERED PECAN BALLS | |
1/3 c. butter, softened 1/3 c. corn syrup 1/2 tsp. salt 1 lb. sifted powdered sugar Mix until dough is formed. Grind 2 cups pecans. Mix with dough. Form into small balls. Place in freezer until firm. Melt 2 packages solid chocolate. Add 1/2 stick cooking wax. Dip balls one at a time until well covered. Place on wax paper. |
