CORNBREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can Mexican corn
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef then drain excess grease off. Mix corn and tomatoes (don't drain juice) with ground beef. Prepare cornbread as read on package, then pour over the mixture. Bake until cornbread is done. About 15-20 minutes.
