CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES
1 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter, cut in small pieces
1 bag miniature marshmallows (10 1/2 oz.)
2 c. crisp rice cereal

Grease an 8 inch square pan with butter. Put peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter in a 3 quart microwave safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on high 2 to 2 1/2 minutes until butter melts and chocolate chips look soft and glossy. Stir until smooth then add marshmallows. Microwave on high 45 to 60 seconds. Marshmallows will be slightly melted. Stir mix then add cereal and stir until well blended. Put in pan. Refrigerated 2 to 3 hours until firm. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
