1 bunch broccoli into flowerets
1 head cauliflower in flowerets
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped seeded ripe tomatoes
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced

Mix all in large bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve. Add dressing just before serving.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine and whisk. Pour over salad just before serving.
